Golden Lotus
Dailies are found in Vale of the Eternal Blossoms. Once unlocked, you can pick them up at the Twin Monoliths and they'll take you to one of three possible locations on the map. You can open up these dailies by doing the Temple of the White Tiger questline in Kun Lai Summit: http://www.wowhead.com/quest=31392. Reputation rewards include profession patterns, 450/489 items, and riding crane mounts.

The Klaxxi
Dailies are found in the Dread Wastes at Klaxxi'Vess. You can unlock more dailies by finishing the questlines within the zone and activating all the bug people there. Reputation rewards include profession patterns, 450/489 items, and a scorpion mount.

The Lorewalkers
The Lorewalkers only one have one daily that requires you to solve an archaeology artifact. You can easily get this reputation to exalted by doing the lore object achievements. Coordinates for those lore objects can be found in the comments here: http://www.wowhead.com/faction=1345#comments. Reputation rewards include an object to reset your archaeology digsites, ports to archaeology digsites, fragments for solving artifacts, and a disc mount.

The Tillers
The Tillers have various dailies including actual farming and daily quests to kill x, collect y. You can start these by going to the Halfhill Market in Valley of the Four Winds. Reputation rewards include riding goat mounts, cooking recipes, and objects for your farm. In addition to The Tillers reputation, you can collect various items at The Heartland and numerous other places around Pandaria to give to the members of the Tillers Union who help develop and grow your farm.

You gain reputation with the Tillers Union by collecting items found in dirt piles and turning them into their favored NPCs (read the tooltips).

The Anglers
The Anglers are found inbetween the two islands at Angler's Wharf in Krasarang. This is a fishing-focused faction and daily quests help to raise your fishing levels. To increase Nat Pagle's reputation you'll have to fish up some rare fish found in pools around Pandaria. Rewards include cooking recipes, fishing poles, a pet, and water-walking mounts.

You gain reputation with Nat Pagle by fishing up rare fish and turning them into him.

Order of the Cloud Serpent
The Order of the Cloud Serpent is MoP's version of the Netherwing dailies in that you can easily get to exalted by collecting various eggs found on Windless Isle. Daily quests begin at the Arboretum and take you to the Windless Isle. Reputation rewards include vanity items, jewelcrafting panther mount recipes, and cloud serpent mounts/training.

Tushui Pandaren
Tushui Pandaren is the name of the alliance Pandaren race. This reputation is similar to all the other alliance reputations (stormwind, ironforge, darnassus, etc.) in that all you need to do is pick up the tabard and run some dungeons to rep up. The tabard can be bought here: http://www.wowdb.com/items/83079. Reputation rewards include the Pandaren riding turtle mounts.

Pearlfin Jinyu
You can reach exalted with Pearlfin by finishing your quests in Jade Forest. There's no reputation rewards for this faction.

The August Celestials
The August Celestials' dailies are unlocked once you've Revered with Golden Lotus. Dailies are picked up at the quartermaster in Vale- these will send you to various temples around Pandaria: Jade Serpent, Black Ox, Red Crane, and Niuzao. Reputation rewards include 450/489 items, enchanting recipes, and cloud serpent mounts.

Shado-Pan
The Shado-Pan dailies are unlocked once you've Revered with Golden Lotus. Dailies are picked up at the quartmeraster in Vale- these will send you to the Townlong Steppes. Reputation rewards include 450/489 items, enchanting recipes, Shadow-pan transmog gear, and Shado-pan Riding Tigers.

The Black Prince
The Black Prince requires honored reputation to complete the legendary questline. You can easily get to honored by taking advantage of guild standards and killing mobs around the scar in dread wastes.

So it seems gear-wise, everyone should be shooting to get the top 2 to Revered ASAP to open the next 2 factions also wanting Revered for gear. The bottom 3 are not important for gear.

btw the august cel red crane quests were doable even if you didn't have the quest from vale unlike the other 3 (least as of a couple weeks before mop). this is important for tailors as august cel have the stupid 28 slot bag at exalted.

also the shado pan has a vendor at the black ox that carries all the rep gear, so its the best place to shop and compare the various gear you have the rep for

Skullflower, I'd just like to mention:

The reputation requirement to purchase certain pieces of Mists of Pandaria Valor Point gear have been reduced from Revered to Honored. These include:
Klaxxi - neck items
Golden Lotus - rings
Shado-Pan - cloaks
August Celestials - bracers

two things, first the red crane dailies I mentioned being available always sadly seems to have been hotfixed away so you have to wait for it to be that auguest cels day, which is about 1k rep less a day (before guild bonus).

second http://wow.joystiq.com/2012/10/17/an...s-and-the-kla/ points out that the golden lotus and klaxxi give nice 489 neck and ring at the end of exalted questline if you haven't filled those slots with something as good or better by now.
